PhoneCardsOnline (PCO) and PhoneCardsOnline Direct (PCO Direct) are trading names
of Realtime Marketing & Communications Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Use
of this web site confirms your agreement to our Terms and Conditions, which may
be subject to change at any time. Our Terms & Conditions shall be governed, and
interpreted, in accordance with English Law and English Courts shall have jurisdiction
in any disputes. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
3.
Order Acceptance and Refusals
We
reserve the right to refuse any orders placed with PCO Direct, whether via our
web site or by other means and for any reason and without prior notice.
4.
Delivery of Cards
You
accept that your card will be delivered online, with access details forwarded
by email to the address specified by you in the ordering process. Delivery of
the product(s) is completed when our system sends to you the email(s) containing
access information to your phone card. The web-page holding your phone card is
secure and can be accessed only by you by inputting the post code supplied by
you at the time of order. This must be the post code of the address to which your
chosen payment card is registered.
4.1 We will re-send the email
containing your phone card access details on request and only to the same email
address provided as per the above. We may ask for information that helps us identify
yourself as the originator of the order.
5.
Means of Payment
5.1
We accept most major debit and credit cards, as detailed on the front page of
our site and throughout the ordering process.
5.2 Transaction processing
is made via our payment partner PayPal. You should be careful to input the correct
information during the payment process,as incorrect information may cause delays
or refusal of your payment.
5.3 Your credit/debit card will be billed
as "Realtime Marketing & Communications Ltd (PCO)".
5.4 All
orders are placed through our fraud detection systems. We may require additional
verification or information before accepting or processing any order.
5.5 Orders are restricted to £30 for customers who do not have a verified
PayPal account (see PayPal web site www.paypal.com for details). We reserve the
right to increase or decrease this limit at will, without prior notice.
6.
Personal Information
6.1
You undertake that all information provided is correct, the credit or debit card
you are using is your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost
of any purchases that you make.
6.2 You agree to provide us with
any information we require you to confirm your order. This may be by supplying
us with a valid landline number and/or other information as required.
6.3 All transactions are carried out via our secure server, which is certified
SSL to show that industry standard encryption is used.
6.4 We do
not store credit or debit card details and these details are processed only through
our secure server.
6.5 We do not pass on any personal details to
any 3rd party except where we suspect a possible fraud or other misuse of a credit
or debit card, in which case details will be passed on to the relevant authority(ies)
as detailed in 7 below.
7.
Fraud Policy
7.1
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities and/or enforcement
agencies.
7.2 The authenticity of unverified first-time transactions
will be checked manually by phone call.
8.
Affiliate Websites
8.1
If your purchase has been made via a 3rd party web site, such as a manufacturer
or affiliate web site, then a copy of your order and contact details may be shared
with this party. The order is deemed as being made to PCO Direct, and the same
terms and conditions outlined in this document will apply.
9.
Security of Phone Card Details
Your
phone card access details should be kept confidential to you at all times. This
applies to the access details to the web page containing your card(s), and also
to the card information (PIN number). If you have printed off your card details
we shall not be liable for losses incurred by you as a result of you disclosing
such information to any third parties, or leaving it in a non-secure environment
of any sort.
10.
Supplier Terms and Conditions
10.1
The terms and conditions applied to individual products purchased by you are the
terms and conditions of the supplier of those products. You are advised to read
these, as they are accessible via the links at the bottom of this page.
10.2 We are resellers of cards produced by telecommunication companies.
All problems with a phone card must be dealt with by contacting the customer service
department of the producer as specified on each card. Customer service details
are provided along with your card when it is delivered to you.
11.
Refunds
11.1
We will make refunds only where a product does not work correctly and the producer
/ original provider of that product is unable to correct the fault.
11.2 Refunds can only be made where cards have not been used and are clearly faulty.
Faults in network connections should be reported to the customer service department
of the producer / original provider who should assist in this circumstance.
11.3 Unless otherwise stated, phone cards expire 90 days from date of first
use, or on the expiration date printed on the card.
11.4 No refunds
or replacement cards will be provided for lost, stolen or expired cards, or for
unauthorized use.
11.5 In the event a refund is to be made, it shall
be limited to the purchase cost of the card. We make no warranty of products supplied
with respect to incidental, consequential, or other damages.
11.6
Cancellation of an order must be made within 7 days of purchase.
11.7 You lose the right to cancel an order if the card has been used. "Used" is
defined as any attempt to make a call with that card resulting in a connection.
11.8 All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to PhoneCardsOnline
at the address given above.
12.Access
Numbers.
Access
numbers are provided with each card. It is the responsibility of the caller to
establish there is a cost and if so what this might be. If there is any doubt,
then you should contact the customer service number for that card which is also
clearly provided along with your card PIN and other details.
13.
Suppliers' Product Information.
13.1
We use our best endeavors to ensure the information available on our web site
is accurate at all times. We cannot however guarantee that all information provided
by our suppliers is completely accurate or up-to-date, even though we monitor
this information on an ongoing basis, and update it accordingly. We cannot be
held responsible for any losses or damage caused by errors of service providers.
13.2 Rates may be rounded to the nearest minute or cost. Our suppliers
reserve the right to change rates without notice. We will use our best endeavors
to update rate information. We monitor this regularly and our suppliers provide
new rates as soon as they are published. We cannot however, be held responsible
for losses or other types of damages deemed consequential to such changes.
14.
Product Recommendation System
Our
product recommendation system as found on our front page is intended to provide
guidance only. It is not a definitive assessment of all products on the marketplace.
Although we monitor the market closely, and work only with the most competitive
producers, it is possible on occasions that cards not stocked by PCO will have
lower rates to some destinations.
